Greetings from Galactic Heart...

Ascension symptoms continue to increase especially for the Lightworkers/Starseeds who, as part of their service, are transducers of the higher vibrations showering our planet.
Currently for me, I'm experiencing stomach/digestive symptoms. For the past 6 or 7 years I have experienced IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). Sheldan and I have become gluten-free (almost 100% sometimes we falter when eating in restaurants); we are vegetarians; we drink Kangan (ph) water; we are conscious about sugar intake. And still, we are being asked to refine our diets once again. We have to laugh.

SYNCHRONICITY

I received an article on the healing powers of lemons. I was drawn to read it even though I already know a lot about the benefits of lemons. That night, as I was talking with Sheldan, Amatura, our Sirian med team member, came in to tell me to drink the juice of one lemon in water three times a day for the next 7-10 days. Why? Because I have a little bacteria in my intestinal tract and this will neutralize it, heal my stomach/intestinal tract and correct the IBS. I was just getting over the stomach flu so my tummy was sensitive. The first two days of taking the lemon juice with water, I did not feel well. I was detoxing. Today is my third day and I am beginning to feel better but still feel like something is being "killed off" inside of me. Good news! I haven't experienced any IBS in three days~~Yippee! Can it be this easy? I'm so grateful that this is my time to heal my stomach/intestinal tract. And lemons taste good too!
Perhaps you too will want to give the lemons a go. Hang in there, Starseeds, we are becoming Galactic Humans and there is LIGHT at the end of the tunnel.
Selamat Ja!

13 HEALING POWERS OF LEMONS

If you’re not getting fresh lemons into your diet, you may want to reconsider after reading the many health benefits of lemons, lemon juice, pith (the white part), or zest (skin).
Here are 13 amazing healing powers of lemons:
  1. Bowel-Cleansing: The bitter taste of lemon gives these fruit the ability to increase peristalsis–a pumping-motion in the bowels–which helps to eliminate waste from the bowels and improve regularity. Add the juice of one lemon to warm water and drink first thing in the morning.
  2. Cancer: Lemons contain 22 anti-cancer compounds, including limonene—a naturally-occurring oil that slows or halts the growth of cancer tumors in animals. Lemons also contain a substance called flavonol glycosides which stop cell division in cancer cells.
  3. Colds and Flu: Lemons are rich in vitamin C and flavonoids that work in conjunction for a serious punch against infection.
  4. Liver: Fresh lemon juice added to a large glass of water in the morning is a great liver detoxifier.
  5. Nutrition: Lemons contain vitamin C, citric acid, flavonoids, B-complex vitamins, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and fiber.
  6. Balances Body Chemistry: While lemons are acidic they interact with the body’s metabolism to have an alkalizing effect on the bodily fluids helping to restore balance to the body’s pH.
  7. Allergies: Lemons contain the phytonutrient hesperetin which has been shown in studies to alleviate allergic symptoms.
  8. Brain and Nervous System Disorders: Containing the potent phytonutrient tangeretin in the peel, lemons have been proven to be effective for brain disorders like Parkinson’s disease.
  9. Eye Disorders: Rutin, found in lemons, has been shown in research to improve the symptoms of eye disorders, including diabetic retinopathy.
  10. Anti-Viral: In addition to being effective against cold and flu viruses, terpene limonoids found in lemons have proven anti-viral effects on other types of viruses.
  11. Diabetes: In addition to improving eye problems linked with diabetes, lemons contain hesperetin which lowers blood sugar levels (when they are high).
  12. Gall and Kidney Stones: The citric acid found in lemon juice helps to dissolve gallstones, calcium deposits, and kidney stones.
  13. Anti-Aging: The vitamin C found in lemons helps to neutralize free radicals linked to aging and most types of disease.

Benefits, Qualities and Uses of Lemon

The Ayurveda has regarded lemon as a valuable fruit and admired its properties. Lemon is sour, warm, promoter of gastric fire, light, good for vision, pungent and astringent. It checks the excessive flow of bile and cleanses the mouth. It dislodges phlegm (cough) and expels wind from the digestive tract. It helps in digestion and removes constipation. It prevents vomiting, throat trouble, acidity and rheumatism. It destroys intestinal worms.
Though lemon is acidic to the taste, it leaves off alkaline residues in the body. This is why it is useful in all symptoms of acidosis.
Lemon-juice is a powerful antibacterial. It has been proved by experiments that the bacteria of malaria, cholera, diphtheria, typhoid and other deadly diseases are destroyed in lemon-juice.
It also contains some vitamin A. Natural vitamin C is much more effective than the synthetic one. Vitamin C of lemon-juice is very effective because it is combined with bioflavonoids (vitamin P). In addition to Vitamin C, lemon also contains niacin and thiamin in small amounts.
