Beloved Ones,
"I would like to have discourse on the quality of Love known as patience. This quality is one that is much needed within the human family in these changing times. It requires the steadfast ability to always allow others to express their human aspects without judgment or condemnation. This quality requires the ability to look at others with loving compassion, kindness and understanding. It is this facet of Love which is much appreciated by the people in one’s life. It is an enabling and empowering quality that shows others that their cares and concerns matter and are important and that one is willing to take the time to give their concerns the attention that is required.
In a family situation, this quality of patience will give each member the feeling and confidence that each is accepted and supported in all ways. When each family member exhibits and practices this quality, the entire family unit is blessed with peace and harmony, and communications between each member are always open and honest. There is a feeling of freedom and the inner knowing that each member is accepted exactly as they are and that they do not have to pretend to be someone that they are not in order for acceptance within the family unit. This builds confidence within each and creates a feeling of camaraderie, friendship and bonding.
In a personal relationship, this quality of Love is essential to the strength of the foundation of their union. When each partner expresses this quality it creates an avenue whereby open communication can take place as and when needed in order to create greater understanding between each person. There is a feeling of acceptance and warmth between the two people and a joyful lightheartedness and confidence within each because they know that here is one who finds the other worthy of their time, caring and concern no matter what is happening in the outer world. This creates an ease of interaction in all facets of their lives together and also a feeling of trust that all is well and everything is perfect between them.
In a work situation, this quality encourages open dialog between all members of the organization and it affects productivity in a positive manner. When all who are a part of the work environment know that they will always be treated with kindness, respect and consideration, there is a willingness to go the extra mile when it is required. When all in the workplace experience this quality from each other, goodwill and harmony prevail and people will be eagerly willing to help each other when needed. As each person within the workplace strives to be the best they can be so that they will be rewarded with a raise in pay or receive other benefits that acknowledge their efforts and abilities, this quality when exercised by one’s colleagues will eliminate the need to compete with each other, therefore a greater sense of ownership for each person’s effort is had by all.
In a community or group situation, this quality is an extremely important one to employ in all interactions. When there is a great diversity of personalities within the community project, this quality when practiced will bring about a greater sense of trust, acceptance and willingness to cooperate. There is a greater sense of unity and purpose between all members and much can be successfully completed and accomplished. As each member of the group gives wholeheartedly to the betterment of their community, there is a sense of cohesiveness and unification that results.
